Translation delivered in the same format as the source document unless otherwise specified. Subtitle files delivered in the requested format.
48h priority scheduling available for projects up to 4,000 words. Confirmed at scope stage. Rush delivery fee non-refundable once work has begun.
If delivery is delayed beyond the confirmed date due to causes within our control, you may request a 10% reduction for delays exceeding 2 business days. Does not apply where delay is caused by late material receipt or late responses to clarifications.
