An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by Stripe. Storyline Translations confirms scope, specialist assignment, and delivery timeline within one business day.
All prices in euros (€), excluding Italian IVA (22%). EU businesses with valid VAT may apply reverse charge. Payment processed by Stripe.
Delivery timelines begin from scope confirmation and receipt of all source materials. All deliveries digital. Extension possible if materials are incomplete or clarification delayed.
Client must provide complete, legible source documents; disclose intended use; respond to clarification requests promptly. Storyline Translations not liable for errors from incomplete or misleading source materials.
All services include independent proofreading. Up to 2 revision rounds for genuine translation errors within 14 days of delivery. Legal work follows ISO 17100-compliant two-translator review where applicable.
All documents confidential. Translators sign project-specific NDAs. Deleted within 30 days of delivery. Public cloud tools not used for sensitive content.
IP in translated text transfers to the Client on receipt of full payment.
Liability limited to the project fee paid. Not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Does not exclude liability where prohibited by Italian law.
Italian law. Jurisdiction: courts of Milan, Italy, unless consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Consumer clients have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By proceeding to checkout, you confirm digital services begin on your express consent and waive withdrawal for commenced work.
